Checkmate Blossom?

Today I have had a lovely day so far - we went out to the Wedding Photographers to finally sort out the album - I know, I know 8months later!!
It's looking good - I can't wait to see the finished product!

Then after that we went and did the food shopping and then out for a meal and drinks :) Was lovely and the weather is gorgeous today, which helps!
Have just come home and baked a chocolate cake - YUM can't wait to taste it - if the mixtures anything to go by should be yummy :)
Going to a pub quiz tonight - haven't been for a while - fingers crossed we win :D
When I put this outfit together (minus the hat) it reminded me of a 90's TV show - so I found out my old hat for a couple of pictures - then I looked like Blossom haha.

Speaking of - I saw a programme on MTV last night that had Joey Lawrence on - I didn't recognise him he looks soooo different!!!
I told you the other day that i was going to set a new challenge for myself - well this one ties in nicely with it - I want to find inspiration from Film and TV programmes and base some outfits around those ... I have picked out a few films I want to try to emulate - but would love some idea's and suggestions ....

Hope your all having a great weekend :D
What I wore today:
Dress: Evie @ Peacocks.
Vest: Unknown.
Leggings: Florence and Fred @ Tesco
Boots: Barrett's.
Hat: Unknown.

Love the outfit, I can see where it would remind you of Blossom. The pattern on the skirt is very pretty. Good luck on the pub quiz - hope you win! Thanks for your sweet comments on my blog :)

Oh I remember Blossom! My sister had the perfect floppy Blossom hat with a big fake flower on the brim. Ah the 80’s...
I guess the obvious one to try next would be Mad Men or maybe Gossip Girl –I can see you in a headband and knee socks actually.

p.s. thank you for the lovely comments on my blog

Haha, I'm all about throwback inspirations, so I think this outfit is adorable. :) And as for your comment on my blog, that's so funny! I definitely have to tell my friend that her doppelganger exists.
