Last night we were going out to a friends 40th birthday do at a local pub, although in the end my hubby didn't come as he had a cold, which has miraculously disappeared enough for him to go to the Rugby today LOL!
I went for comfort, but also wanted to look nice as well :)
Had a really good time catching up with friends!
What I Wore:
Dress: Evie @ Peacocks.
Waistcoat: Miss Selfridge.
Leggings: Primark.
Boots: Barrett's.
Scarf: Belt from Next.
Bag: Gifted - Mum.
Painted my nails a new colour that my Mum got me from Avon yesterday, its called Cement Grey, It comes out as a matte finish - which i wasn't really all that keen on ...
.... Looks a bit like when you used to tippex your nails at school and then colour them in with felt tip pens (No?? .. Just me?? ;P)
So I added a clear top coat .. and liked it soooo much more!
Nail Colours:
Grey Cement: Avon Matte.
Clear: No7 Ultimate Nails Collection.
Also wanted to show you the bag my Mum bought for me for Xmas, it's the one I mentioned a little while back that has the little Russian Dolls lining inside ...

Looking lovely! That dress looks wonderful and yep, the polish looks loads better with a top coat. Try Boots No7's Grey Skies next time they have that £5 voucher, I think you'd love it. xxx
I can't believe it's been so long since I've visited your blog! Look at you with your gorgeous baby bump, a big congratulations to you! xx
I'm glad to hear you had a wonderful time with your friends! I really like the plaid dress paired with the jean vest, it's so laid back but yet stylish! Also, the inner lining of your purse is just ADORABLE! Love it!
