Always look on the bright side of life .....

I wore this nice bright outfit to work today! My back is really hurting again now so I am going to go lie down and watch some t.v when I've typed this up!!

Wiki WIki Wild Wild West ...

This is what I wore to go shopping this afternoon, we went to get some decorations etc for the wedding marquee - couldn't get exactly what we wanted though - so the search continues, although got a few bits, and popped in Next whilst we were there and got a new pair of sunglasses, some bra's and some earrings - so not a bad excursion all in all :)

I wasn't sure if this dress made me look a bit fat at first as its so floaty that's why I added the belt of the moment (I seem to be wearing it all the time he he) But I do love the dress!

Added a hoodie when I got home as it has dropped about 8 degree's :'( Come back sunshine!!

English Eccentricity.

My take on the English eccentric look - quite liking the outfit - not sure about the cardi - but it was a bit chilly, and these pics remind me of why I don't leave my hair natural - My back was really hurting yesterday so didn't fancy the whole drying/straightening process - but maybe I should of!!

This is my Nautical (Club med) style outfit that I wore to go to the End of Season presentation night at the football - where after drinking the bar dry we proceeded to knock down the club - I will link to my facebook page to see the photo's of this later! - End of an era :(

Acceptable in the 80's!

I'm trying a new mini project for myself - I found 6 summer looks in a magazine and I'm trying to pull outfit inspiration from each one!
The first one I have tried is the "Eighties look" - Now this is not what I would wear to represent the 80's as I', more of a rock chick (Think Crue, Poison, Jovi, Whitesnake etc) All big hair, Denim, lace and leather.
More than the glitterati and brights - but that's not the 80's this article refers too!

So here is my take on it - toned down so it's suitable for work! The top and trousers have both got glitter running through them though!! Although you can't really tell on the trousers in these pics as it is quite subtle!
