Sparkly pumpkins and spiders....

 Took my daughter to the local "spookfest" last weekend.

She dressed as a little witch, so thought I'd run with the theme and dress as a sparkly pumpkin (of sorts ;P)

What I Wore:

Dress and Cardie: Primark.

Boots: Fiore.

Headband: Asda. 

What I Wore:

Dress: Tesco.

Tights: Asda.

Bandeau: Avon. 

What I wore on actual Halloween, a friend came over for the night ...

Spider earrings ;P

There are worse things I could do .. And October Round-Up!

I didn't get to go to a H'ween party or dress up this year, so I decided instead to do another TV and Film Challenge!

One of my fave films growing up had to be Grease - Gosh only knows how many time's I have actually seen the film - billions!

I used to watch it every time it was on the TV, my friend had a copy taped off the TV that we would watch on a Sunday round at hers. And then when we got a VCR it was the first movie I bought!

I had the soundtrack, knew all the words, would act it out, dress as "vamp" Sandy and even imagined I would marry someone called Danny or Michael (Grease 2!!!) :D

I always liked the Character of Rizzo - she had something about her!

I loved the way she and Marty dressed, the tighter skirts, belts and Pedal Pushers!

So I decided she would be my inspiration for the outfit :D

Somewhere Over the Rainbow!

This is what I wore to go out on H'ween - I went as Dorothy from the wizard of oz .. but made her a bit psychotic!!

Had a great night out - have loads of pics but can't be bothered to upload them all haha! My friends all had great costumes too :D

This outfit I wore to go to Birmingham on Friday - we went shopping and out for a meal and then to the Philharmonic Orchestra to see the music of John Williams - it was great!

Hope you all had a great H'ween - can't wait to see all the costumes!
