Wiggle Wiggle ....

Wore this outfit a couple of times recently - well i say recently - 1 time was was in April to go over to my parents and the other was more recently to go to see Robbie Williams in his Swings both ways tour! (Which was FAB by the way)

When I wear this skirt It always reminds me of a 1940/50's style "wiggle" dress especially when i wear it with a tucked in shirt ....

I like the silhouette it gives me ...

I went out for the night for the first time in ages the other night, 

This is what I wore, to go have a few drinks with one of my best friends.

Went to see Hairspray the musical with my Mum the other night .. and got to meet the cast afterwards ...

It was SUCH a good show, from the cast, crew, production, musicians, clothes .. everything was spot on!!

My Dad took these pics for me - think i got too much backlight as they've come out a bit bright and grainy!!

Princess party picnic ...

So my gorgeous little girl turned 2 the other day!!!!!!

She is turning into such a beautiful, clever and funny little girl - I am so proud to be her mummy - I love her more than anything in the world!!!

Wore this outfit to her Birthday Party at a playcentre the other day - best way to entertain 12 2+ yr olds ;P

Was really good to see them all enjoying themselves :D

This is what I wore on tot's actual b'day - we did her a party picnic at home (In the living room as the weather wasn't all that great outside)

Again it was great watching her open her presents and really taking time over each thing before opening the next :D

Grey days and Fibro blues ....

Parties for a Princess :D

My beautiful little girl had her first birthday over the weekend!!!!!

We held two parties for her - 1 for her little friends and parents and a family BBQ on the Sunday!

She was very lucky and got lots of lovely cards and presents!

Tea with The Queen!

YES, the ACTUAL QUEEN!!!

Well not quite tea with her, I had coffee ... and not actually with her but she was in the vicinity! :D

Took Alicia to see The Queen when she visited Nottingham last week ..

William and Kate accompanied her - and it was lovely to see them, William is extremely tall - and Kate is very petite and pretty!!

We went shopping and for lunch after seeing the Royals and I picked up a new maxi dress, the same as one I already have, but in a different colour as they were down to a barganious £10!!

Polka Dotty Nails!

On Sunday we went shopping in Meadowhall in Sheffield,

Had a good wander round and got a few bits, none for me though - but I wasn't really looking - apart from for a pair of shoes!!

Had some scrummy food though - and had to call in at Krispy Kreme for a doughnut and a very berry chiller (NOM NOM NOM!)

This is what I wore today for work, I had originally planned a different outfit, but had a text from work saying that all staff were to wear black for an Olympic photo!

So I wore this black dress, and put a cardie and belt over the top to keep me warm ;P I removed this for the photo!

We made the Olympic rings out of staff and children wearing co-ordinating colours of the rings. Then a helicopter flew over head and took our photo's!!!
