Lions, Tigers, Cow's ... Oh My!!

Gra always calls this my "Cow Dress" and as if to prove a point when he saw I was wearing it on Thursday he said "Ooooh Cowie is here"

When I came home from work on Thurs, I watched The Wizard Of Oz (well until I fell asleep and had some very trippy dreams ha ha)

Because I knew I kept nodding I recorded the rest and watched it today!

What I Wore:

Dress: Thrifted ... Orig Dorothy Perkins.

Boots: Thrifted and Gifted (Mum's friend).

Bandeau: Free with magazine.

Hair Flower: Claire's Accessories.

Necklace: Gifted (My friend)

I wore my hair in two different ways this Thursday and Friday .. one up and one down, I thought I would show you ...

Also as you never get to see it properly I took a picture of my hair flower from the back!

Purple Power!

Had a bit of a purple day on Monday ... Matched my top, scarf, nails and even my eyeshadow to the same colour!! :D

Also received a wonderful package of goodies on Monday, it was full of baby things from my sister in law ... and also full of lots of maternity clothes for me - YEY new outfits a plenty!

They have already hit the washer and are drying as we speak .. looking forward to seeing what fits properly and what new looks I can come up with!

Even the middle of my earring had a purple stone in it!! :D

Yup it used to be a dress ....

I used to wear this as a dress .. as it was intended way back when I bought it for a NYE party in 2005 (I think??)

It was in the style of a Roland Mouret (sp?) Galaxy dress that was sooo popular around that time!

Now it serves it's purpose as a wonderfully comfy stretchy top :D

Wore this outfit to go shopping on Saturday .. Picked up a few new things .. Sneaky Peek below ...

Birds of a feather ...

Ive only washed this peacock top once but it seems to of shrunk a little .. or it could be that my bump has made it feel like it's shrunk haha .. it has gone a little bobbly though!!

So thought I might as well get some wear out of it and wore it to work today - it got compliments so it must still be okay :D

I decided to jazz up the outfit a little with brightly coloured accessories, and wore my parrot earrings again :D

Totally Tropical!

Gra had the day off work yesterday, as we were finally getting our living room ceiling painted, from when we had that leak a while before Xmas!! ... And after that we went out to the shops to have a look at baby things :D

Had a good look around all the different shops, there is so much to think about .. saw a really lovely collection in Babies R Us .. so we will have a think about it and see what happens.

Also picked up my bag of freebies from the Bounty club - it contains things like nappies, cream and fabric softener etc!

I wore some pretty vintage parrot earrings, but I forgot to get a close up of them (if I remember I will add one soon) but they are very similar to the ones above, except they are a lot more colourful and bright :D

Riding boots?

Helllooo blog world .. Hope you are all okay?

I'm off work on holiday this week, so thought I would make use of the time and go and have my hair done :D

It was in desperate need of a cut!

Hopefully it will be easy to maintain, as at the moment my hair has a life of it's own! :D

Now onto what I wore on Sunday:

I didn't do much in the day at all, Hubby had made a miraculous recovery from his "flu" in time to go to the Rugby so he was out so I just lazed and then we went to my parents for a meal.
