Gallstones!!!!

Grrrr I have gallstones!!!!!

I'd been having pains in my right hand side that were getting worse and i was very sick .. so i went to my GP who sent me for an ultrasound which has shown that I have multiple gallstone's in my gallbladder and some that are loose in my intestine's!

I now have to decide if I want surgery to have my gallbladder removed or not - I'm going to speak to the surgeons next month!! I have a lot of things to consider - and will always put my daughters well being first in every decision i make - with my Fibromyalgia i take longer to recover than "healthier" people so I really have to think about this one ... I've been told that it can be managed with medication and diet and that even if i have my gallbladder removed i may still have to have a special diet and may still experience pain - so will i gain anything by having an operation???

So I haven't really been getting dressed or taking blog pictures for the last couple of weeks and have been mostly in hoodies and pj pants or if we have gone out, say to the supermarket, just casual clothing so I've not taken any pics .. these pictures are ones I had stored from a few weeks back!!

The outfit above is from when a couple of my best friends came over for a "cheese" night!! :D

Oranges .... (And belated blogaversary!!!)

It would appear that over the last couple of weeks I've been drawn to the colour orange clothing wise as I have noticed a pattern forming in my pictures of wearing Orange (and a hint of purple ;P)

Wore this dress to go to see my daughter perform in her first dance show - she was soo soo good and so confident - BLESS HER!!!!

I love her so much and was sooo proud of her!!

Tights: Gifted, Orig: Gypsy.

Boots: Fiore.

When I wore this dress to work the other week, I got asked if I glow in the dark as it is so bright :D

What I Wore:

This outfit was worn the other day when, Mum, myself and totsy went on a shopping trip as i had some gift vouchers to spend - however I couldn't find anything that i fancied ...

So we just went for a drink and a sit down in Eds Diner instead :D

Skirt: Thrifted, Orig: Red Herring.

Cardie: George @ Asda.

And then this outfit, the Orange may not be as prominent and bright as on the other outfits, but its still present.

I wore this outfit to go to a British Red Cross afternoon tea that was held to say thank you to collectors and see a bit about where the money has been spent etc .. and what good work they do!

And as mentioned in the blog title it was the blogs birthday the other day - This is the 5th year I've been doing the blog now!!!! :D :D :D

Hippies ...

A couple of weeks ago now I went to a fancy dress party - the theme being 60's and 70's ... I had a look through my wardrobe as I didn't really want a "costume" as such - something more authentic ...

.... And this is what I came up with .. I wore my Mums 70's skirt and decided to go with a hippy kinda vibe ... The cardigan is an old one I bought when I was at uni and the accessories are a mixture of vintage and new!

We had a fab night partying along to the old classic tunes!!

Tell me about it ... Stud ....

When I wore these Leather Leggings a few weeks back .. it made me feel like Sandy from Grease, when she has her transformation into ... umm whatever she turns into haha!

Grease was one (and still is) of my favourite films especially growing up - me and my friend would watch the video most Sundays at one point in time - I can still pretty much recite the script off by heart!!!

I wore this outfit out to dinner with some work friends - this is the first time I've worn these leggings - my Mum bought them me for Christmas - they are super comfy and felt v nice on.

Stoke ...

Some of my friends and I had our annual girlie weekend away to Stoke a few weeks back ...

And this is what I wore to travel there in the day, I was going to get changed to go for a meal and to the theatre but due to being stuck in traffic for a long time, i didn't have time so just swapped my boots for strappy heels and off we went out into town ...
