Peace, Love and Vera Wang ...

Yesterday we went shopping ... we set off from home around 4.45ish and got in at 11.45pm!!!!!!!
First of all we went to pick up my new reading glasses - My new Vera Wang's :D (Will get a pic of them shortly).
They are super cute and have just the right amount of bling on them! :D
Plus now I can see a whole bunch better ;P

After that we went to a shopping mall to look for a present for a Christening we are going to (My husband is going to be godfather) and also I want a dress for a summer wedding that is coming up .. didn't find one .. although I did get this little beauty from Miss Selfridge!

Ive been wanting a denim cropped waistcoat for aaaaages and then spotted this one .. it looked great with this vintage maxi skirt!
Plus I had a voucher to spend so instead of it being 35.00 I got it for £16!
After trying on millions (or so it seemed) of maxi dresses, and not finding "the one" we went to a Mexican restaurant for dinner, I had the most gorgeous, chicken, bacon and guacamole salad .. and a waffle with vanilla ice cream for afters YUM!!
It was getting pretty late by now, so we left the mall (after being locked in the car park oops) and headed to the huge ASDA to have a look around .. then over to another supermarket for a few bits, before returning home!
Fab afternoon/evening :D

What I wore:
Skirt: Vintage, Chet by Alan K Osbourne (Handed down from mum ;P)
Top: Cherokee @ Tesco.
Necklace: Vintage (Mum again!)
Earrings: Alisha @ Avon.
Flip Flops: Fiore @ Matalan.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend .. what are you all up 2?

That skirt is absolutely fantastic on you! Lucky you that your Mum saved it.
Great result with the denim waistcoat.

Love the denim buy and what a shame your experience of Marrakesh was different to mine! I was wary at first too but at the end of the day I went with a huge group of friends so either way we were bound to have an amazing time, wherever we went!

Woah, sounds like a serious shopping trip. I like your style, with that kind of retail endurance we could definitely shop together! haha!
